Flat domestic shipping rate: CHF7.00 

Flat EU shipping rate: €10.00

Free shipping in Switzerland on orders from CHF60.00 + 

We are in the process to offer shipping worldwide. Shipping fees, determined by location might apply. Make sure to contact us before buying since your country and/or location might not show in our checkout. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after they are received. During this time, we carefully prepare, package, and dispatch your orders.

Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from Switzerland.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the local postal carriers responsible for the shipment.

While we do our best to ship orders as fast as we can, please note that international delivery times may vary and are outside of our control once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

International Orders 

Please, if you are ordering from us outside of Switzerland make sure to contact us so we can check into making it possible to deliver your order in your country, in case you do not see the option to pick your country. 

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, delivery times may be longer due to customs processing and local postal services in the destination country.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Additional Fees

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

All applicable duties and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Needles and Fairytales will not be held liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
