Thank you for supporting our magical small business. Many of our products are handmade and carefully crafted/design in small batches, so we are unable to accept returns on all items. Please read the policy below before requesting a return.
Returns
Returns are only accepted under certain conditions.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Return Shipping
If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and help resolve it.
